What it reads

Seven things from every receipt, in columns

ReceiptMapper reads the header-level facts you need for a ledger and gives each one its own column, plus a confidence score for the row.

  1. Date2026-10-15
  2. VendorOffice Depot
  3. CategoryOffice supplies
  4. VAT7.67
  5. Subtotal38.32
  6. Total45.99
  7. Currency and payment methodUSD, Visa

It reads these header fields, not individual line items. One image should show one receipt.

Before and after

From a pile of paper to rows you can use

Month end usually means typing the same six fields from every receipt. Upload the photos instead and check the result.

Credits

How a credit works

Simple on purpose, so you always know what a batch will cost before you press the button.

  • 1 credit = 1 receipt

1 credit = 1 receipt or invoice processed by AI. Upload 12 receipts and 12 credits are used. Each plan tells you how many credits it includes.

  • Failed reads are returned

If a receipt cannot be processed on our side, its credit goes back to your balance automatically.

  • One payment, fixed access

Credits last for the access period of your plan. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again. Buy another plan and the credits and dates stack.
