1 credit = 1 receipt or invoice processed by AI. If you upload 5 receipts, that uses 5 credits.
No. Every plan is a one-time payment. When your credits run out or your access period ends, you can buy another plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
Yes. Credits add up and your access period extends. For example, buying a Starter plan and then a Pro plan gives you 500 credits total.
Yes, at the end of your access period. You can see your remaining credits and access end date on your account page.
Yes, within 14 days and if you have used fewer than 10% of your included credits. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts most major credit and debit cards. The available methods are shown at checkout.
